million dollars on 26 years old. The movie had a good view where it was take in
Singapore. The movie is a true story of Merry Riana life which tell about how
merry riana to get success. The movie
combines a love story about Merry Riana,Alva,and Irene which it makes them have
a problem about triangle love. It makes the audience was touched with the love
story. The plot and theme of Merry Riana’s movie is good.
The background real
story of Merry Riana, it appears that the director want to indicate how hard
her life to get a success which she experienced some hurdles and challenges.
The first person which as perspective angles, Merry told what had happened of
her. Beginning from the riots of ’98 year in Jakarta which Merry should be
flown to Singapore. Merry intends to meet her uncle, but her fate is less good.The
her uncle was sought had already been disappeared. Fortunately, Merry meets
with her best friend when she was in senior high school, from this merry began
fighting its hard living in Singapore by herself.
The values which I get
from this movie are the first is a college student who hard fight in other country
to get success with a tremendous struggle. And then the hurdles and challenges
that she faced when attended in Nanyang Technology University. Merry never give
up to continue her fight to earn livelihood and fees academic in Nanyang
Technology University. So that, Merry seeking jobs which can to fulfill the
needs of her life. But, one time she experienced a failure that makes her
discouraged to continue her fight. And then Merry get up back to realize all of
her dreams, until the end she gets success in young age. The second is Merry
Riana’s love story, from this movie we can know the meaning of love and partner
of life. Merry meets with her soulmate when she fought in difficulties various.
We can know that the soulmate is a person to be a partner in your life to get
success, the person who always be your side to help you when you have been
already alone to fight of difficulties in your life no matter what . And the
meaning of love is a thing which can be complete your life to gain happiness
and it makes the spirit which to create a day filled with positive energy for
your life.
